So uhh, Lusamine got this weird expansion where she gets the first MPR Damage Guard, which lets her do Noland in particular because well… you know, Damage Guard things. The clear is still MPR reliant particularly on Lana’s side but 60% MPR is a good rate, so ehh.
Someone can use Lodge Skyla and Base Blue and probably get the same result? I’ll let someone else cook if they want to, just showing the courtesy clear.
The only real thing you wanna do is invest in as much bulk in Lusamine as possible through gear and grid, get the right MPR procs, and you’re fine.
