Flavour Text: If you come across a Manekeon with its paw up, you're said to be blessed with neverending good luck. On the contrary, hearing its bell ring three times in a row is said to bring bad luck. Sometimes Manekeon appear in front of Trainers and purposely ring their bells to freak them out. The ensuing meltdown brings them great joy.
