Lugia gets an alternate art in Silver Tempest and the best Ho-Oh gets is this regular V card. No trainer gallery card in swsh, no illustration rare or SIR in Scarlet & Violet. I get that maybe Ho-Oh isn’t as popular as Lugia but come on. Also the artwork on this card is incredible but it’s ruined by the fact that the bottom is cut off.
