There was a gacha vending machine out the front of mint games in Osaka and we found the value was pretty good since you got a pack and 5 cards with a guaranteed hit. I put through 2000 yen, she put through 2000 yen. Got 2×151 packs and then out of hers i find a 1998 Blaine's Charizard… Holy shit

Damn, gem mint is known for absurd price…
Basically they look at card value and add 20-30%.
I pulled one of these as a kid and it’s still my favorite card in my collection!
Where exactly in Osaka, I’m planning to head over there next year! And luck you!

Man this girlfriend effect is really taking over. Now i just need one myself and get her to rip open a pack for me.
That’s an amazing pull! Was it from a gotcha vending machine?

What’s value on a card like that
Man I love that card so much, congrats! The Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge sets have some of my favorite art.
Congratulations on your wedding XD
Where in Osaka? I’ll be there in like 3 weeks lol
I remember pulling this out of a pack at the local comic book store. The dumpy bastard working there was like “hmmm I usually weigh our packs idk how that one got by me I’ll give you 50 bucks” lol.
I still have this card from when I was a kid, is it worth anything? Damn near mint condition, but never got it graded.
So I’m not sure why I keep seeing this in my feed lol but only now did I learn Pokémon was short for pocket monsters….
