Few illustrators have represented a complete Era as significantly as Ueda and his ex cards! While it's great how many newer artists get to design cards these days, I do miss when you could instantly tell when a card was from based on the art style, and when artists like Masakazu Fukuda and his gold stars created mini – sets within an Era!
Ueda is one artist I dream would host a card signing event. I've only ever seen two signed cards of his and they were both signed on the case not the actual card.
