So I decided to make this the ghost eeveelution and went with more ghost purple colors. I didn't really change much else though.
The original is also included in the post because I decided that will be the shiny. I like the color scheme as it is.
I'm leaning towards Ghouleon for the name; not the most original but it sounds right to me.
