Since I wasn’t sure whether or not to give Halkapi an evolution named Rogeraffe or not, here’s an early concept art prior to a full rendering for a Mega Evolution.
Mega Halkapi: Steel/Ghost
Ability: Radiation
All sound-based moves used by the user have a 1/3 chance to poison the target
(Refers to microwave radiation)
Pokédex Entry:
– Despite its shy nature, Halkapi becomes extremely aggressive when Mega Evolving. It is said that it can control flocks of Skarmory to assault their foes if it desires.
