I made this last night for my partner for Christmas.
The first layer is a 'lucky dip' of booster packs. The middle and inner layer are all the remaining cards he needs to complete his Paldean Fates collection … with a little room for a couple of extra boosters.
It's not perfect and I had to do as best I could with the time constraints and colour limitations of my materials… but it turned out OK!
