Hi guys my account age is set to 16 and I found a way to download 17+ games using my phone, when I clicked doom it asked for my age and I put in 17 age, if I did direct download to console would it work or not
I'm also scared that if I click purchase my account would get suspended or it would not download to my console I wanted to use my funds for this and I'd be sad if my funds got lost

No, you won’t get suspended. There is a chance that it might not run depending on what parental controls are set, but at $8 I see no reason not to try.

Are you talking about the “date of birth” section? That’s not stored anywhere, it’s just a legal requirement. I can put in whatever age I want as long as it’s above 18 and it works.
If you’re referring to the Switch’s parental controls, there’s articles from Nintendo themselves on how to remove them.
