Fiancée and I had a pack ripping date. She got one and I got one.
I have accepted that I will not be getting blooming waters. I wanted to try and master the 151 set through ripping packs as much as I could. I understand it’s not really practical, but that’s what I wanted to do. Unfortunately I entered the game too late. I started collecting cards around June of 2024, right as soon as 151 started to shoot for the moon.
I have also accepted that I won’t be getting the new eeveelutions any time soon due to scalpers. That will have to wait. But in the mean time I wanted to go and explore other sets…. But again, those shot to the moon besides shrouded fable and stellar crown somewhat. I decided since I’ll be saving sooo much money from not being able to buy anything new. I splurged and got two booster bundles to split between my fiancée and I. We had a good time, got some cards I’ve been wanting. Will say, after the first half of the bundle my fiancée was ripping, there was no more cheese to be had. Overall still fun. Really happy about the dachsbun and what would be my second bulby.
