A game that is free says I purchased it even I don’t and I can’t redownload it

So I love pinball and I have wanting to play the zaccaria machines. But when I go to download so I can play the table I payed for it says purchases but it’s nowhere under my redownload and it won’t let me play the. So I can’t do anything with it now
