Kitskotè and Kitsoonè are both Ghost / Psychic type Pokemon!
Barctic and Lykosnow are both Dark / Ice type Pokemon!
They both evolve at night at level 39! However, Barctic has to be in a snowy environment to evolve, and Kitskotè has to be in a forested environment.
