So a few months ago me and my friends were out celebrating my friends birthday and while we were in a target I bought a Pokemon pack for shits and giggles and I opened it and this was one of the cards it did look strange but I didn’t think anything of it until I started playing Pokemon tcg pocket recently and I wanted to see what those cards were worth most of them were worth like 0.1 but this one was worth 2 bucks and I knew some pretty rare cards going for 5 bucks so I was wondering if I actually pulled a sorta rare card
