Im no artist, but i thought this was a fun concept so I did a quick sketch.
Jinglasp (Jinglebell + Asp), the Sweet Sound Pokemon
Type: Ice/Poison
Abilities: Shed Skin, Slush Rush
Pokedex: Jinglasp are almost impossible to spot amongst the snow and ice of its natural habitat. The rattles at the ends of their tails give off a pleasant ringing chime, which jinglasp use to lure unsuspecting young prey. However, to those wary of Jinglasp, the sound is also a warning of its potent venomous bite.
