As a manager that works in retail, this could have been avoided if management would have handled it well. Set up a queue of some sort. Simple as that. If the customer does not want to oblige to the rules, kick them out.

I am 35, and a passionate Pokémon fan from the very very beginning. I love Pokémon exponentially more than any of those people do. This is so sad, ridiculous, and stupid – and for that reason, I have drifted far away from Pokémon TCG. I hope that something, somehow changes in the future.

I’m the guy in the green jacket who got elbowed. I had those 2 boxes in hand when he came up and swiped them from me.
You can see in the other videos linked on this thread leading up to this incident that I had my two boxes in hand well before this dude came and snatched them from me.
I don’t even collect these things. Definitely don’t scalp them. Went there to pick up a box or two for my kids 6 year birthday present. I left with one broken box and an elbow to the face. At least the packs are ok, so I have something to give my son.
Of course, Costco employees didn’t help me. I did file a police report for theft and assault but I’m sure that won’t do anything either.
I did get a photo of the douchebag while he was checking out the box he was able to steal from me. So watch out for this guy if you see him lining up at your neighborhood Costco.
