A Legends game set mainly in Johto (with some Kanto overlap) would be very cool. They can portray the Burned Tower event, we can see the Legendary Beats pre-disaster. Maybe have some part of the storyline involve the building of the Lighthouse to resolve a problem with shipwrecks. Instead of LA which had one central town for Johto it could be helping found the various towns such as helping locals who have setup camp deal with a Bellsprout problem and finding a way to live in harmony with them.
