My personal pick is customizable mega stone holder, which can be peronalised for each Pokemon,taking inspiration from anime.
There can be ways of holding a mega stone, maybe even cutsome for Pokemon and many ways to wear for a Pokemon.
And then custome way to wear key stone too. Like Bracelet(Default),pendate, headband or any other way like done in the anime.
Which sort of quality of life features like this you want?

I wish we could actually see item on pokemons or design pokeballs or something like that
I personally want them to take advantage of the entirely urban setting and allow for greater mobility in the cityscape of Lumiose, to make up for the fact that we likely won’t be spending much time in the rest of Kalos. Maybe having the ability to perform acrobatics alongside your Pokémon to navigate hard-to-reach areas of Lumiose City, almost like parkour, instead of the rideable Noble Pokémon from Arceus.
An overall polished game is all I want to be honest. Never get to high expectations with that company guys. You can only get disappointed
Buff weak pokemon. Imagine sunflora, Arbok, etc being close to competitive viable
I genuinely want them to bring back all of the QoL features they’ve gotten rid of, and have used in PLA. From “set mode” to the “link cable” item.
Better clothing/customization options. Following pokemon that can keep up with the player and some partner pokemon stuff. Like, a dedicated partner pokemon option that makes it so the mon can follow you regardless of the order of your party.
I think it would good to have a “harder mode” with better battle AI or just different teams
Remove the need for Mega Stones to remain equal with Mega Rayquaza and keep up with Power Creep. Many Mega Pokemon have decent stats but don‘t have acces to a damage boosting item or damage boosting abilities. Alakazam, Pidgeot, both Mewtwos, Absol, Ampharos, Gallade, Gyarados, the Lati twins and Sceptile all could use some improvement to their Mega forms.
Wait, mega stones are just cat eye marbles.
Just no slow, repetitive, animations please for things like elevators, escalators, trams, etc.

Honestly I just want them to overhaul their online features. Make joining each others game smoother (if that’s an option). Make trades and battles and raids with other people more user friendly and easier to access.
That is not really a QOL feature, is it? It’s purely aesthetic.
I just want to be able to turn off the xp share, absolutely hate it because I much prefer to focus on levelling one pokemon at a time.

I’ve heard from someone who looks at leaks that it will, but if they don’t bring back the shiny pokemon sparkle/noise we riot!
Honestly I wanna experiment with the idea of the Mega Stones not taking up an item slot. Like if you wanna use Mega Gardevoir or Mega Lucario, you just select the Mega Stone in your bag, select the accompanying ‘mon, and either it stays in your bag or gets absorbed by the Pokémon but either way you can then Mega the Pokémon without “Needing the Stone,” for lack of a better term, allowing the use of a different item as well.
If this gives the rise to Choice Band Mega Mewtwo X Domination, so be it.
Not QoL but I really hope they address that ghost girl that you meet on a random floor in that building in the original Kalos games.
If the game takes place in the past, hopefully she is an actual character that we can meet and learn about so that her creepy saying finally makes sense.

Probably completely infeasible given the amount of combos and Pokemon there are, but I’d like to see held items appear on the Pokemon cosmetically.
Clothing customisation like SWSH and adding accessories (necklaces, rings, etc.), playing with mons like in Lets go or SWSH aswell as the party mons playing amongs them (like SWSH or SV).

The ability to talk to people and walk into thier house and take suff from the trash would be nice
While this would be a really cool feature, and not be a nerd emoji but what you are describing isn’t a quality of life feature.
Quality of Life features are often things that save time or reduce tedium, think of how in modern pokemon games you always have access to you PC rather than constantly having to go to the pokemon center tobswap pokemon. Or making things easier to understand like with the Xenoblade X remaster they increased the size of text to make it more readable.
A quality of life feature for ZA would be you can craft anywhere or when you go to item storage you have an auto restock feature like in monster hunter.
I want the shiny pokemon jingle to come back
Mega stone holder customization isn’t QoL, but I would enjoy that (at least on the player, as trying to customize that on pokemon is a monumental task.)
Bring back the overworld Shiny sound and make it a staple in every future game.
One thing (and pretty much the only thing) I’ll give Scarlet/Violet credit for is being able to tell a pokemon to “just roam around and beat things up without me”. I think it would be a major loss to lose that, frankly – it was amazing for QOL.
Actual good hair customization, most of the hairstyles in SV were oddly bare bones and more basic then white bread; for a franchise that designs and gives a lot of their characters awesome anime and just in generals abstract hairstyles.
Just give me a well polished story that doesn’t treat me like a kid. I know Gen 5 got a lot of hate in its debut but it really nailed adults themes like trauma, abuse, neglect, among other things.
I miss when buildings were enterable.
They robbed us of the Soaring through the Sky music for our flying transportation in the new games. Since ORAS came out in Gen 6 along with XY, this would be the perfect time to bring it back. Please. I’m begging

I understand that Pokemon as a franchise is supposed to be geared towards younger people but m*********** can you make the game just a little bit harder? I don’t want to sit there and have to go back to playing Pokemon Coliseum if I want an actual challenge.
