A Ghost inhabited a plush toy, seeking love and affection that one would give to a dog or a beloved toy. After some time, the plush body tears, so the Ghost builds a new body out of wood, and wears it's old body. In it's new, more powerful body, it took a solemn vow to protect the living, as a way to repay the kindness it was given as a Plushpuppy.
The idea is that it's a Toy Poodle, and a Wolf in sheep's clothing. But it's also a doll evolving into an action figure. And Pawpettear's soldier motif is a reference to G.I. Joe, the first action figure.
I'm open to ability and move suggestions.
