Before anyone asks, with 3/5 EXR, Rei can get 3 million. I used that myself and got 3.14 mill in the last rotation. I am gonna link the team i used when Rei was 3/5. You’ll need to pick up Berserker 2 for rei and get evasion buffs from rosa instead.
VERY rng heavy. Almost ruined the run by using Vacuum Wave. But that shows the earthquake miss wasn’t needed.
Rei is the only limited sprint unit i currently own. and I already have 2 sprint candies (and close to the 3rd one). So i figured it’s okay to use candies on his superawakening till I don’t get my second sprint character.
I didn’t have 100 atk maxed out on my gear but got 8% multipliers so that’s great. with better gears you can get even more. but I’m not spending more of my time on this. goodluck to you if you’re gonna try.
ps. currently rank 6 so I’m really happy to accomplish this

why did i wait before using cynthia's sync?
to get zone till Rei's second sync. it's the safest way without ruining your perfect run. ofcourse, you'd need some dodges.
