Need help with understanding the cards for a custom card!

Hello, I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask for help but

I’m making a custom Pokémon card for my boyfriend and I’ve completed the design so now I just need the info that goes onto the card

I find this part extremely boring and cannot get myself to sit down, focus and learn (raging adhd)

So can someone please help me understand what I need to put on it other than the title and its rarity? Like the most simplistic break down of what each section is. Every videoI try to watch and every article I read is mind numbing

If you have suggestions on what to put into the card that would be great! (I literally don’t even know what the title will be)
