Yes! In for a view with a quickness!
It became "relatively" easy to nominate the pokestops recently. Everyone should at least give a try to nominate more stops in your communities.

I really have lots of gym and pokestops near my house but main thing is lack of people play pokemon go in my area and I have 3 pokestops at my home and just a little bit far a gym which sometimes i can access too
this reminds me lot of my city center as well.
there was few, like 6-10 stops in the central area at the launch, but not even close to a good lure grinding spots.
now there are multiple spots with 4-7 stops within reach to be spun and even reachable with lures without needing spacial rent or any other boosts.
Mines become worse. Not good places to play. There's either not enough gyms, pokestops, and the max power spots keep annoyingly changing. Previously, there were spots that had both enough pokestops and gyms, now there's barely any. Only payed parking places.

In my small city I increased the number of gyms from 24(starting year 2023) to 32(at the end of 2024), so by a lot. I hope to increase it to 40 or even to 50(but I don't know if it will be possible as only 3 big cells can have 3 gyms and only one have and others are missing 8 stops to next gym and other ones i won't be able to make 20 stops in others most likely.

This was honestly really refreshing – It’s sort of like yeah malls are the same now and everywhere nd so let’s just at least everyone feel chill in that and with each other for a few minutes. Cool stuff.

Man this reminds me of 2016 pokemon go watching your gym battle videos when i was like 7 or something.
It varies where I'm at. Some places where my groups meet up have more gyms and spots than others. Before I took a break, I'd walk to a dmax spot to farm dmax drillburs for Toxtricity and Krabby.
4:47 fun fact, I was waiting in line at my local GameStop. A few minutes before the store open, family members arrived and joined with other family members who were already in line. Members of that family got 2 boxes each. When it was my turn, there was no more boxes. Wasn’t happy but wasn’t going to throw hands at the family, unless they would’ve gloated about it
I was recently in town and we went over there at diamond mall, put on my go plus+ and it definitely put in the work
This is cool content. If you ever come to Minnesota you’d love walking around the mall of America. It’s legit.

I was a survey girl in my local mall for 10 years. Lotsa wonderful memories! Unfortunately all the malls in the Detroit area are closing 😢
So nice to see that difference in 8 years. I live in a small city in a new neighborhood. So when I started playing PoGo I could only play in the city centre. Then I started playing Ingress to create many new portals which became stops and gyms in PoGo.
btw, that mall is huge, never seen such a big mall. Nice to see. Thanks for sharing.

Loved the video. I used to love going to malls when I was in middle school. It’s crazy to see how stores have changed so much since Covid. You can tell you love this place!
I'm always adding stops now. Never use to. But since I went on holiday last year I added 5 new stops. They all went thru. So when I got back I noticed a few more I could add around my town so did them and slowly added more and gyms

That's a decent mall. I live 20 minutes from the Mall of America. But our st. Paul group got up to 80-100 players that would show up to events, and now we're down to 10 people on a good day. Honestly sad, cause a lot if them were cool and fun people…
