Meet Madagi’s 3rd Legendary: Vultulum, the Grim Reaper Fakémon

Vultulum is basically the antagonizing Legendary to my "box-art Legendaries". I haven't got the materials to color it at home, but I will soon. I hope you still like it. I had a lot of fun designing it!
