They still could implement another paid ticket with a chance (rather a low one at that) to get them. This would get along well with the style they've been implementing stuff lately.

it doesn't surprise me that Niantic didn't combine the Beloved Buddy event with a Valentine's Day event since they have some in game issues that they still haven't fixed and the Dhelmise raids I can't do because my avatar can't move not to mention that it still looks like the Invisible Man, if anyone has the same problems like me then feel free to comment because I play Pokemon Go on my iPad
