perhaps it was the presence of “r” in the first stage and the absence of it when Schrät evolves that confused me, and I thought both probably had no “r”. my mistake is that I didn't read their names out loud!
now instead of taking away the “r” in Schrät, I've decided to just give Schänter another “r” in its mame, making it Schränter. I really appreciate the comments and find this mistake really funny!
