What can I do?

Good evening all,

Just looking for some advice and also spreading the word to be careful out there. I ordered a card from GameStop and I received a much lower valued card. Front and back of the slab attached, also attached a pic of the card I was expecting to receive.

Backstory:
I ordered a PSA9 Umbreon Masterball reverse holo from GameStop and was very disappointed when I received it. The card I received was actually a pokeball reverse holo.

I reached out to GameStop and was given the run around. We will try to help you, next email said all sales are final, next email said they were going to request a return label. I’ve followed up multiple times to no avail.

So I went to PSA, emailed customer service. CS advised to put in a ticket with Quality assurance so I did. Nothing.

I have a ton of PSA cards and never had any issues but this is worrisome that PSA didn’t catch this was the wrong card when authenticating it. GameStop dropped the ball when they bought it form whoever scammed them.

I have tried reaching out to PSA, GameStop, Collectors, and the CEO of PSA to no avail. What can I do? I paid $250 and got a card that’s only worth 50 bucks on a good day. 🙁
