So this person bought an Eevee promo for me and asked pics beforehand (which I sent – pics 1-2). However upon receival the buyer contacted me that the top right corner is damaged and demands a refund. I therefore offered a 2euro refund as the card is EXC and apparently not NM. The buyer however doesn't agree with this and demands a 50% refund. Do you guess think this is reasonable?
