My biggest deception ever in Pokemon

I remember when I first saw Ninetales in the anime. I got hypnotized. The designe, the mitologia background and in the anime he had kinda ghost/psychic moves.

But I the game he is sooooo lame. He is just fire when he could be a fire/psychic Pokemon. And yet I always catch a Vulpix and evolve him everytime I play. Pokemon company let may man down so bad. 😢
