Hi there, I found this Snorlax Jungle card which has the no symbol error, but I also noticed there are two horizontal lines (one near the top under eara and another near the bottom under feet) in the Holo. Doesn't seem like a misaligned Holo and I can't seem to find anything about this type of error.
Has anyone seen this before? Would it be considered a value increasing error?
