So basically this dude is a Capybara Mon based that goes from thug -> Low level criminal -> full on mafia/crime boss that is normal/rock type and is supposed to look like a prisoner with like things to hold him down (but yeeee I have posted all the designs I have is of rn but the middle one was scrapped due to being too gesbigga and yeee know I need help)
