First off, Mods, please allow this to be left here.
Secondly, watch this if you have time, but the TLDW, which is not new information, is that a major distributor of Pokémon and Sports cards is selling product at Market/Scalper prices under a subsidiary.

Thirdly, please share this with other fellow Pokémon TCG Fans.
Besides not buying at scalper/market prices, you as a consumer still have the ability to report this to the FTC. The more reports they get about this bad business practice, the sooner product can get back to MSRP.
Edit: Heck, even close to MSRP would be fine. Not, 2-4 times the price.

Subject: Complaint Against MJ Holdings for Price Inflation and Potential Market Manipulation
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a complaint against MJ Holdings, a retail supply chain distributor, and potentially other associated retail supply chain distributors. I believe they are engaging in unfair and deceptive practices that are harming consumers.
Details of the Complaint:
Company Information:
Name: MJ Holdings
Industry: Retail Supply Chain Distribution
Products: Pokémon and Sports Trading Cards
Nature of the Complaint:
MJ Holdings and its subsidiary, GT Collectibles and Toys, are selling products at prices significantly above the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). In some cases, the prices are as much as three times the MSRP.
This practice then sets the floor for other companies to list the same products for equal or higher price depending on supply and demand of said product.
Also, please look into the possibility that MJ Holdings, along with any other retail supply chain distributor, are withholding products to artificially increase demand and, consequently, the prices of these products.
Impact on Consumers:
These practices are causing financial harm to consumers who are forced to pay inflated prices for collectible or hobby items.
The potential withholding of products to manipulate market prices is creating an unfair marketplace and limiting consumer access to these products.
Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue: I have not yet contacted MJ Holdings directly regarding this issue, as I believe this matter requires regulatory intervention due to its potential scale and impact on the market.
I urge the Federal Trade Commission to investigate these practices and take appropriate action to protect consumers from unfair pricing and market manipulation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter
This is what I did for the next sections
Then fill in your information for the rest and submit.
Edit: Not everything needs to be filled. Fill what you feel comfortable with.
