Everyone talking about Charizard and Pikachu and they’re cool but I wanna talk about my goat… Poliwhirl!

Personally, my favorite Pokémon I really wish they would use him more. He used to be used for so much and now he’s basically been forgotten…. Anyone else agree though? If not, why, if so why?
