A while back I made "primal" forms for the johto starters for a fan game. (about travelling back in time, primal forms where essentially a weaker but less limited mega evolution.) and with the fact I haven't made much more work on the project and the reveal of the legends ZA starters I figured it was the best time to share them.
Meganium was a grass/fairy type with a big HP and defences buff, along with a movepool overhaul to make them a solid trick room support mon. Now based on titanosaurs.
Ferraligator was a water/dragon, physical attacker with a inch of bulk, mostly keeping the same niche/playstyle just amped up. Now based on a spinosaurus, to set it apart from the other crocodile starter.
There was also a typhlosion based on the instrovancevia. That had a custom fire/primal type.
