Cards quality

I buyed from a professionnal buyer some nm Holo cards from WOTC and Ex eras, all ex eras cards look nm/mt, but all WOTC cards have some « stain » on the front, and nothing on the back, like this :

Is it normal or wear ?

I’m new to Pokémon cards.
