I reset for B Move MPR at the start then hope for minimal natcrits. I saved all the other B Moves at the end, but Akro made a good point that there’s also value in using three at the start to minimize Bulu’s Attack ASAP. I also saved both circles for Bar 3, but I ended up only needing one of them, so I should’ve used one in Bar 1.5 as that’s the most dangerous bar for him.
I think this is possible at 1 EX, though R might be needed for the extra stats.
