The idea came up with cause I wanted to make an "eldritch" feeling Pokémon, I tried coming up with a name and Elkritch sounded cool and set the base of the concept, then I worked backward to it.
This deer can cover its eyes with its big ears, and when they do so, pattern on their ears, resembling eyes, starts glowing, triggering their foresight ability.

Delfawn:
Living deep in the woods, this Pokémon is a rare sight. When people happen to see one, it's because it already knew they mean no harm. By covering its eyes with its ears, it enhanches its psychic power, becoming able to see in the near future and determine its next move.
Foredeer:
When concentrating, it closes its ears together to detect the presence and predict the intentions of every creature in a 100m radius.
It tend to use its mystic abilities sparingly, as it fears what the future could look like, and dreading the possibility of not being able to alter it.
Deerviner:
Seeing one in the wild is considered a miracle.
They can alter reality itself with their powers, and often do so to deceive or avoid contact with humans seeking their wisdom.
They can see far and precisely in the future, but tend to use the information they gather to their convenience.
Elkritch:
From a dreadful, distorted vision, Elkritch is born. It wanders, ominously looking, trying to warn people of incoming catastrophes and dangerous events that loom in the future. But it is often chased away, as its presence is seen as bad omen. If only they would lisen…
