Grading?

Hello 🙂
I'm still relatively new to this hobby.
I've read all sorts of things about grading—people who recommend it and others who advise against it. Now, for the first time, I've pulled a card where I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to get it graded.
What do you think? Thanks for your opinions!
