What would you consider these?

My dad knows nothing about pokemon and bought a binder for me, these were the best cards and I’m wondering how much they’re worth in their current condition and wether they’re LP, MP, HP, or damaged, I’m guessing the trainer is damaged due to a rip/peel at the bottom near her foot.
