    i looked though my roaster and it looks like mega machamp or mamoswine would be the most useful for me. BUT i dont have mega energy for most of the eligible pokemon i have.

    8:37 I don’t remember Nintendo always doing that. Every new system needs launch titles, but w/ some AAA titles at the end of a platform’s lifecycle, I recall them typically releasing for the existing user base. Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokémon Black/White, Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Pokémon Gold/Silver were either cross-gen or launched on the current system. Not AAA, but they even did this pattern with Mystery Dungeon, and DS design was completely different than GBA.

    Watch then release Mega Mewtwo X and Y in Poekemon Go to celebrate the release of the new game.

    I wonder if they will make Mega Yveltal and Xerneas. To continur the alternate forms of each Legendary. It would be interesting if there was lore behind their current forms.

    I hope the new megas coupled with the new owners will bring in new trainer levels. I only need 2 more for the platinum, so..hoping there is going to be a new medal level.

    Cyndaquil became Hisuian typhlosion in Legends Arceus so it got a new final form instead of a mega. However since Legends ZA won't be out until the end of 2025 I don't think we will start seeing any of these new megas until 2026 at the earliest because they don't want to ruin the surprise for the main series games. MAYBE we get one of the new ones when it drops in November to hype the release of the main series game. Or if Chikorita, Feraligatr and Emboar get a Kalos varient for the final evolution we could get those final forms in 3* raids.
