These are pretty fun. I especially like the mid-stage, good shapes, personality, and design on that one.
The final form looks so over-detailed it could work as a world map with all those mountain ranges though O.o
Official PKMN designs tend to work as a solid plushie template and are easy to animate, and for a starter: I don’t think there’s any wiggle room. Even as a cool action-figure or 3D model those mountain-ranges are going to cause a few issues and could use some simplification.
Cool overall silhouette, vibe, color-choice, and concept for the full trio nevertheless.

i would choose this guy just about every time
a non overly cute but still adorable frog starter first stage
a **PEAK** middle stage that perfectly balances the punk theme and the aztec (final stage looks like an aztec statue) theme while still looking friend shape
and an **ULTRA PEEK** final stage that use’s the frog body type in a unique manner (i also love the lily pad chest pattern)
