Did I get scammed?

I bought just one of these figurine some times in may 2024. The payment information on the website say it should come in 4-6 months but it’s now WELL over the time it should have been in. The only thing that’s confusing me is why choose to scam with such unpopular characters and Pokémon for their figurines?
