Pretty easy clear. Tried to do it with NC Blue before this, but 99% sure its not possible with this level of investment unless you get Jacq EXR. Oh well. Just make sure that you proc the 60% electric terrain at the same time as the first sync from Nemona, that way you can get rid of both with one use of psychic terrain and after that its pretty much smooth sailing.
