Basing it from the game, we wont be able to use eternamax eternatus at all and it'd just serve as a raid boss battle globally
Eternamax is like a gigantamax form, it will probably be max battles only

I love eternatus, I have the legit shiny from the promotion. I would love one in this game, the shiny version.
My guess is that we can fight E-max Eternatus in some kind of special event 6 (maybe even 7?)-star raid battles. Then when defeated it shrinks and you can catch the regular version. This lines up with the remote Dynamax raids we’ve been finding in the code cause it would just be too strong for only in-person raids.
Also the E-max eternatus still needs a place in the gamecode. Whether obtainable or not.
I think it makes sense that it Eternatus will be a surprise on Go Fest. It's because the Crowned forms were born because of it.

If it's D/Gmax, I hope they let us do it remote raid.
