Frigibax is the Dragon-type in line after Jangmo-O, Goomy, Deino, Axew, etc. We had Jangmo-O shiny last year during GO Fest and it will be the June Community Day, and we get Frigibax Shiny this GO Fest before a June 2026 CD 🙂
liftingandzombies just put out a video claiming that it has been confirmed that the form changes of zacian and zamazenta are going to work similar to Ray's mega evolution. So you can use your old mons.

I have a 98 Zacian I’ve barely touched! Kinda glad now! Just in case. My best Zamazenta is a 91! Kinda sucks considering how many raids I did but at least it’s decent.

Tbh with events like these I've learned not to focus so much with the Shiny Dragon debuts because I know they're gonna get a Community Day event a year later.
But it'd still be cool to get them during GO Fest when they're still "special" Shinies!
There's still some nice Shinies that I need in Global. So I'm hyped.

May just be me but other than the few regionals and frigibax, these global spawns are terrible shiny hunting wise. 18 past community day mons, multiple 1/10 quest event pokemon like Oranguru, Passimian, Pancham, and Teddiursa, multiple permaboosted mons like Chansey, Skarmory, Galarian Farfetchd, Mawile, and Alolan Sandshrew. Was hoping for Sandygast or some newer shiny releases

It's likely the Straight up Flabebe mentioned for the Volcano area is the Red one. Will be nice to be able to have all colors. Also, Klefki is a need for me

what shocks me is that there doesn't seem to be any new Shinies debuting during the in person events
obviously we do have Shiny Frigibax and Carbink but they normally debut new Shinies during the in person events too and that was never mentioned anywhere in this
looking at the list of Pokemon that appear in the parks I would've expected Shiny Hatenna in Osaka, Shiny Greavard in Paris and Shiny Tadbulb in Jersey City unless I'm missing something for some reason?
so why wasnt the other fusion used in the example for the unique moves? Also wouldnt it be more like the rayquaza with his item needed.
The clue for zacian is in its info description. This pokemon absorbs metal particles to create a weapon used in battle. This is not how it transforms in Sword and shield as it needs to find a physical sword. PoGo will need to collect particles for its new form. We can grind for particles and use are old zacians and zamazentas for new forms.
already have a Shondu Zacian and a 15/15/14 shinny zamazenta, if i cant max those out i aint even playing the event
Crown Zacian and Zamazenta are enhanced forms as opposed to the Orgin forms being alternate forms. So it would be crazy if they don’t let us form change our current ones!
You won’t need a signature move as zacian and zamazenta use iron head which turns into behemoth blade when form changed, so at most they will need iron head.
