Does anyone know if it’s possible to download the sprites for pokemon moves (Gens 4 or 5) on my computer?

Hello everyone. So I know it’s possible to easily download pokemon sprites simply by googling, as there are several websites that host them. What I haven’t been able to find, however, are the sprites of the pokemon MOVES, which are the ones shown in these videos:

Could anyone tell me how to get them?. Or if there is a website that already hosts them?. They can either be the generation 4 sprites or the generation 5 sprites.
