My LCS just announced that their Destined Rivals Pre-Order was live. Priced at 50% markup over MSRP. Is this normal??

Recently they have sold Stellar and Surging booster bundles for $50. That’s a 100% markup. This hobby is in a sad state. And check out their response to the guy asking “why so expensive?” in the second image.
