Applin needs 400 candy to evolve into either Flapple or Appletun and will only be attainable through raids; probably 1-3 star raids. Honestly, this is absolutely ridiculous but I'm nowhere near surprised.
What about hydrapple
Applin did get s new evolved from in SV dlc so we may get a third and fourth pokemon this event
I recommend to claim it during the Global go fest event for it to be shiny boosted!
