To start, all are near mint/mint except the celebi
cards (both are mp) and the dragonite cards (also
mp). Are any of these worth grading or should
just sell them all for 75% market at my LCS?

Those are some nice cards, I wouldn’t sell them for 75%. All that lcs will do is flip them for the full value.
If you don’t want the hassle of shipping and selling individually then you won’t get full price. There are lots of places to sell: eBay, TCGPlayer, or Reddit.
If you want less money but easier transaction then go to your LCS.
