My daughter would love to have a graded card, and we haven't had the best of luck on our pulls from packs. We did, however, get this promo Eevee card last time we were in the toy shop picking up some packs.
Would I be able to submit it for grading still sealed like this? Or would I need to pop it out of the pack?
The grade itself or the value of the card doesn't matter, she will be over the moon to have her favourite card graded for a small birthday surprise!
Any advice would be very much appreciated, I've never graded a card before
