I would prefer to toss the fast tms, usualy smaller pool (better chances of hitting what you want) and at least for me they pop from everywhere (every raid, every route) so I keep them at 120.
On the other hand last time a rocket takeover came and I unlocked lots of mons from frustration (and changed some others) my stoks fell from ~280 to ~80. Now I keep 360 of the charged ones.
