I work at a an activity center for people who have disabilities and a client just brought this up to me

Genuinely not sure what to do. My coworker and I both play so we give our clients cards all the time, mostly just bulk. One of our clients claimed we gave them this card but neither of us have pulled this card. We are guessing she got it somewhere else. Don’t really know what to do other then get her a sleeve for it
